Job summary

Liebherr-Australia is seeking Storepersons to join the National Distribution Centre in Para Hills West for the Goods Out team, working afternoon shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday. You will play a key role in safe and compliant warehouse and distribution services for our Mining Division.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, picking and packing, stock inspection, dispatch documentation, and assisting with stock-takes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of storage/industry experience.
• High Risk Forklift (LF) License required.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Good attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Understanding of supply chain and distribution with basic ERP knowledge.

Job description

Liebherr-Australia is seeking multiple experienced and motivated Storepersons to join our National Distribution Centre (NDC) in Para Hills West. The Storeperson - Goods Out will work afternoon shift (Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm) you will be instrumental in delivering safe, effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services for our Mining Division.

Key Responsibilities

With an immediate and early January 2025 start, you will be required to:

• Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment safely and maintain housekeeping standards
• Pick & pack, inspect stock and dispatch orders to meet deadlines and ensure accurate data entry and documentation
• Co-ordinate dispatch transport and compile documentation
• Participate in stock-take, generate basic inventory reports and receipting & dispatching items
• Inspect and maintain items.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Storage or 2-5 years of industry experience
• High Risk Forklift (LF) License
• Strong attention to detail, collaborative work style and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good customer service skills
• An understanding of supply chain & distribution along with basic ERP skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
