Orrcon Steel in Unanderra, NSW is seeking an organised Operations Support to join our manufacturing site. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, provide administrative assistance across HR, safety, training and quality, and help keep records accurate.

You’ll work with site leaders and teams to ensure smooth running, maintain training databases, and support environmental and safety requirements. A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator who can manage multiple tasks will thrive.

• Experience in office administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining documents and records.
• Sound organisational and time-management skills.

• A proactive approach and the ability to coordinate tasks with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the daily operations and administration of the manufacturing site
• Providing administrative assistance across office functions, HR, operations, training, reliability, health and safety, environment and quality
• Coordinating stationery orders, authorised purchasing, filing and general office organisation
• Maintaining accurate documentation, records and document-control processes
• Keeping the site training database and competency matrix up to date
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, accurate and timely manner
• Supporting site environmental requirements, including relevant licences, permits and procedures
• Demonstrating safe work practices and contributing to the site’s Zero Harm commitment
