Job summary

Reo Group in Western Sydney, NSW, seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a major manufacturing operation. You will translate complex manufacturing data into actionable insights, challenge performance and help improve profitability on the shop floor.

This hands-on role collaborates with Operations, Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams, leading budgeting, forecasting and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in accounting/finance or commerce with professional accounting qualification ideal.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting and KPIs required.
• ERP/reporting proficiency with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leadership to provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Analyse labour productivity, waste, yield, material usage and costs to drive improvements.
• Investigate variances and translate data into actionable action plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Continuous Improvement to deliver cost and productivity gains.
• Prepare weekly performance reporting and assist month-end, budgeting and forecasting.
