Job summary

BE Campbell Group in Western Sydney is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive manufacturing efficiency across our meat site. This is a newly created role focused on building a robust CI program rather than maintaining an existing one.

You will use data to identify opportunities, lead root cause investigations and collaborate with frontline teams to redesign processes that reduce waste and improve safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the continuous improvement program across the meat manufacturing site.
• Lead root cause investigations into recurring production issues.
• Assist frontline teams to redesign processes that improve productivity.
• Drive improvements in safety, food safety, quality, yield, labour productivity, equipment reliability, waste reduction and customer service.
• Build capability and confidence of teams to solve problems themselves.
