Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within a complex, high-precision production environment.
Strong understanding of production planning, process optimisation, and quality assurance in regulated industries.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges.
Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with program teams to develop and document submarine manufacturing processes.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for capability development, including tooling and technologies.
Support production readiness plans for the Australian Shipbuilder.
Participate in production planning and quality assurance initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
Foster strong working relationships with engineering and production teams.
Contribute to training materials for Australian manufacturing teams.
