Job summary

Vinarchy Group is seeking a highly organised Manufacturing Administrator to support packaging operations, inventory accuracy, and work order execution. You will issue Shop Floor Packets, reconcile components, monitor variances, and work across Packaging, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate transactions and timely issue resolution.

You should have experience in an FMCG environment, strong Excel and ERP (JDE) skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Minimum experience in an administrative, planning, purchasing, inventory, or manufacturing support role within an FMCG environment.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems, particularly JDE.
Strong organisation, communication, and accuracy in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

Issue Shop Floor Packets and move documentation for timely work order closure.
Complete work order components, inclusions, and variances, with investigations as needed.
Monitor scrap rates and coordinate with Filling and Warehouse teams on discrepancies.
Attend daily Operations meetings and provide updates on activities.
Collaborate with Procurement and SNP to manage dry goods inventory.
Assist with stocktakes, stock adjustments, and quality corrective actions.
Process internal dry goods movements and WIP inventory requirements.
