Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify potential restaurant partners.
Negotiate and coordinate with merchants; assist with training and platform operations.
Regular merchant visits and timely layout/updates of merchant materials.
Understand merchant needs and propose practical solutions.
Address merchant issues and emergencies promptly.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to drive merchant transaction growth.
Maintain healthy, stable partnerships and optimize merchant experience.
Other duties as required by management.
