We have an opportunity for a Manager - Workplace Culture to be part of our People, Strategy and Engagement team People and Capability Command. The role leads and manages a team in the design, delivery and implementation and evaluation of the NSWPF Culture Strategy and associated proactive actions to promote a respectful and inclusive culture. The role also provides guidance, training and support to ensure respectful, inclusive and productive workplace behaviours.
