Job summary

ADB Safegate is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain for a 12-month maternity leave contract to oversee the ANZ region’s end-to-end supply chain from procurement to delivery.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with global partners, manage orders and logistics, and ensure safety, accuracy, and stock optimization while maintaining strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with international import/export and freight.
• 3–5 years’ experience with SAP, and a background in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for the ANZ region, from procurement through to delivery.
• Manage project orders, order processing, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics with global supply chain and freight partners.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations with a focus on safety, order accuracy, and optimal stock levels.
• Lead and develop a small team (Warehouse Storeman, Contract Sales Administrator, Purchasing Coordinator).
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams across Projects, Finance, Service, and Sales.
• Support annual stock takes and ensure compliance with all internal processes and customer SLAs.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the supply chain.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Supply Chain for a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a potential extension.

Your new role

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for the ANZ region, from procurement through to delivery.
