Job summary

ADB Safegate leads the world in smart solutions for airports, with a 12-month maternity leave contract for a Manager, Supply Chain across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, procurement through delivery, and staff leadership for a small team.

Responsibilities include managing project orders, logistics, and supplier relationships, with a focus on safety, stock accuracy, and SLA compliance. Immediate start preferred, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with international import/export and freight.
• 3–5 years’ experience with SAP, and a background in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.

• Coordinate procurement and logistics with global supply chain and freight partners.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations with a focus on safety, order accuracy, and optimal stock levels.
• Lead and develop a small team (Warehouse Storeman, Contract Sales Administrator, Purchasing Coordinator).
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams across Projects, Finance, Service, and Sales.
• Support annual stock takes and ensure compliance with all internal processes and customer SLAs.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the supply chain.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Supply Chain for a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a potential extension.

Your new role

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for the ANZ region, from procurement through to delivery.
