Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking a Manager, Redress Operations Support. You will lead a skilled team delivering support through redress schemes and guide services to ensure safe, fair and consistent outcomes for people affected by harm.

Victims, Redress and System Reform (VRSR) is part of the Community Safety, Victims and Racing division of the Department of Justice and Community Safety. VRSR is responsible for the delivery and reform of services to victims of crime and the administration of redress schemes.
As Manager, Redress Operations Support, you will lead services for people using redress schemes.
You will guide a diverse team and help deliver safe, fair and consistent services.
You need at least three years' experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in regulated service settings.
A tertiary qualification in social services, business or public administration is highly desirable.
