Premier’s Department is seeking a Regional Manager for Greater Sydney to lead a dispersed team delivering OCHRE initiatives with Aboriginal communities, government agencies, and NGOs. The role focuses on strategic leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder collaboration across NSW.
The role is 2 years temporary with a view to ongoing Clerk Grade 11/12, based in the Greater Sydney area, with a base salary of $154,231–$178,369 per annum plus super and leave loading.

The Regional Manager – Greater Sydney , leads teams that work closely with Aboriginal communities, government agencies, the non-government organisation (NGO) sector, and the private sector to support the development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of OCHRE and related initiatives aimed at strengthening Aboriginal communities. The role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of OCHRE activities, including project management, stakeholder engagement, coordination, liaison, program delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. In addition, the Regional Manager ensures that projects are aligned with policy objectives , delivered effectively, and achieve measurable outcomes that contribute to long‑term community development and capacity building.
