CRANEMECH PTYWD? crane and heavy vehicle fabrication workshop based in North Brisbane is seeking an experienced operations lead.

You will connect sales, workshop activities and customers to ensure smooth project flow and timely quoting, while overseeing day-to-day workflow and compliance. Qualifications

• Experience in business management, operations, or workshop coordination.
• Strong people skills — comfortable with customers, tradespeople, and management.
• Commercially minded with basic financial literacy (P&L, cash flow).
• Organised and proactive.
• Background in heavy vehicle, trade, or transport industry an advantage — not essential.
