Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is inviting applications for a Talent Pool Creation role across multiple locations in NSW. The position entails providing leadership, direction and support to professional and administrative staff within a Community Service Centre (CSC) and overseeing all CSC operations to deliver high-quality services for children, young people and families.

The role supports flexible work arrangements, including a 35-hour week, flex leave and competitive superannuation
