Uniting Victoria and Tasmania – Melbourne VIC is seeking an experienced Manager, Client Advisory and Impact to lead a portfolio of client advisory projects and nurture key stakeholder relationships. You’ll support a small team delivering social impact outcomes across diverse industries.

Reporting to the Head of Social Impact and Engagement, the role blends people leadership with project delivery and client management within an established strategy. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Economics or Arts.
• Full driver’s licence and ability to travel.
• Experience leading projects, programs or small teams in consulting, community, customer experience, policy or related environments.
• Experience working with stakeholders in business, government and community sectors.

Your new role

We're seeking an experienced and collaborative professional to lead a portfolio of client advisory projects, engage in key stakeholder relationships, and support a small team delivering social impact outcomes across a range of industries.

Reporting to the Head of Social Impact and Engagement, this role balances people leadership, project delivery and client management while contributing to an established and successful team strategy.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a community organisation with a consultative lens, influencing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes, while working collaboratively within an existing leadership structure.

You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification such as a Bachelors’ degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Economics or Arts. You will also hold a full driver licence and have the capacity to travel.

You will also have relevant experience in working with stakeholders in business, government and community sectors.
