Anglicare Central Queensland is seeking an experienced Manager: Children, Youth and Families to lead headspace Emerald and oversee services across Central Queensland. The role focuses on day-to-day leadership, team support, stakeholder collaboration and contract management.

The successful candidate will drive service growth, ensure high-quality delivery, and maintain compliance within a multidisciplinary team environment dedicated to improving outcomes for children, youth and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in allied health, behavioural/socialsciences, mental health nursing (or related discipline)
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level

• Lead the daily operations of headspace Emerald
• Provide strategic oversight of counselling and youth programs across Central Queensland
• Manage service delivery, funding contracts, budgets and performance outcomes
• Build and maintain partnerships with government, community and sector stakeholders

Yourprimary focus will be the day-to day leadership and management ofheadspace Emerald,so a strong understanding of the headspacemodel and delivery method will be important. You will lead andsupport the team, develop strong relationships with stakeholdersacross the local community, collaborate with headspace partners,and oversee the contracts and funding agreements in yourportfolio.

Supporting you in yourrole is a highly skilled Coordinator and multidisciplinary teamfocused on the delivery of services to children, youth andfamilies.
