The Manager, Capability and Communications leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain capability, communications, engagement and adoption strategies that strengthen workforce capability, support professional standards, and enable consistent implementation of procurement priorities, policies, systems and ways of working across NSW Health.
The role provides strategic leadership of an integrated capability and communications function, driving stakeholder engagement, workforce readiness and continuous improvement while partnering with People & Culture and business leaders to achieve organisational objectives.
