Job summary

HealthShare NSW offers an internship program to support development across HR, data analytics, PM and ICT, with a 12-month structured learning path. The role is suited to proactive students due to complete studies in 2028 and who are seeking hands-on experience within a large public health organisation.

Locations include St Leonards and Charlestown with hybrid working conditions; applications close soon and successful interns will begin in 2027. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be currently studying a university degree and due to complete studies in 2028.
• Interest in health/shared services and public sector experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn across multiple business areas during the internship.

Job description

Classification: Multiple Part Time Exempt (12-month contract) positions
Employment Type: Administration Officer Level 4
Remuneration: $39.43 per hour plus 12% superannuation
Hours per week: 16 hours per week (working over 2 days a week)
Location: St Leonards and Charlestown with hybrid working conditions available
