The Manager Business Partnering leads a small team that proactively engages with stakeholders to shape, define and prioritise business demands for the RFS, ensuring initiatives align with organisational priorities.
The role translates business needs into clearly defined requirements, options and proposals and maintains visibility of the demand pipeline to inform strategic decision making and continuous improvement. The role manages two functions including Business Partnering and the RFS Guardian platform team.
The RFS is looking for an exceptional leader with a highly transferable skill set and the ability to quickly adapt to the diverse needs of its Directorates. This is not a traditional business partnering role aligned to a single function. We are looking for someone who can work across the organisation, understand complex business challenges, and help deliver outcomes that matter.
You are an agile thinker who can understand new business contexts, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish trusted relationships with frontline operations, corporate services and executive leadership. Naturally curious and quick to learn, you can build credibility quickly, ask insightful questions, and use sound judgement to understand the underlying issues and opportunities facing the business.
You are a strategic and critical thinker who can move between big picture planning and hands-on delivery, ensuring initiatives achieve tangible and sustainable results.
