Job summary

KPMG Darwin is seeking a Manager in Audit & Assurance for Mid Market & Private clients. You will lead engagements, manage audit delivery, foster client relationships and drive business development, applying innovative technologies and AI to enhance value.

You will mentor teams, uphold high quality standards, and collaborate across KPMG's national and international network to deliver meaningful insights and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of high performance in audit delivery.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and accounting standards.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
• CA or CPA or equivalent qualifications preferred or obtainable.

• Be accountable for leading and managing engagements of high-profile clients and all aspects of audit delivery, client service and business development
• Be responsible for executing advisory related engagements
• Provide inspirational and engaging leadership to grow and develop our talent
• Form strong relationships with our prestigious audit clients and play a key role in the delivery of quality assurance and reporting
