Job summary

KPMG Australia in Sydney seeks an experienced Manager to join our Business & Tax Advisory team. You''ll provide tax and accounting advice to a diverse client portfolio, including private businesses, family groups, trusts, and small listed entities, helping them navigate complex compliance and advisory work.

You will mentor junior staff, develop technical expertise across tax and accounting services, and engage with senior leaders in client presentations and engagements.

Job Description

With continued growth, we are now looking to recruitManagerto join ourBusiness & Taxteam.

• Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio which includes small to medium sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts and partnerships, foreign subsidiaries and small listed entities
• Further develop your technical expertise working across services including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory work for middle market clients
• Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders
• Develop into a mentor to assist other less experienced team members and encourage their continued professional development

Your Experience

• Over 4 years of post-graduate advisory experience in an accounting firm specialising in Australiantax and accounting services
• Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or equivalent from an Australian institution
• Completion or near completion of the Chartered Accountant (CA) program, or an equivalent professional qualification such as CTA
• Knowledge of common structures and corporate groups, and relevant accounting and tax implications
• A passion for ongoing learning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• An ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships
• Help creating innovative solutions in a changing world of service delivery
