As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be the central point of coordination for the team, providing exceptional stakeholder management, executive and administrative support, and contributing to a range of people-focused projects and initiatives. You will help drive operational excellence through effective planning, meeting and governance coordination, project support, and the management of key relationships across the organisation.

Coordination of Directorate administrative support to meet critical timelines to include receiving, assessing and managing internal and external enquiries through a variety of communication channels.
Deliver a comprehensive range of administrative support functions, which may include but not be limited to diary and meeting management, routine databases, secretariat support to committees, photocopying, document production, compilation and distribution and maintenance of materials to support the Directorate.
Undertake activities relating to the invoicing and payment of suppliers and central payments to ensure data is accurately recorded in the Ministry’s general ledger.
Prepare financial reconciliations, raise journal entries and working papers and implement appropriate policies, systems, procedures and practices to ensure the integrity of the Ministry’s general ledger.
Draft and prepare general correspondence, presentations, reports and submissions.
Produce business activity reports, such as Organisational Charts, staffing, sick leave, and other metrics reporting as required.
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
Demonstrated experience in administration, and an interest, or experience in People & Culture.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and a large volume of work.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Experience leading projects, coordinating competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
Certificate IV in Business Administration (or similar) and or relevant administrative support working with senior leaders.
Interest in continuous personal development and continuous improvement of processes, systems etc.
