Sharp and Carter is seeking a Care Manager for a full-time permanent role on the Central Coast, NSW. The role oversees clinical operations and ensures safe, high-quality care to residents, reporting to the leadership team.

You'll lead nursing and care teams, drive compliance with aged care standards, and support staff development, with relocation assistance and a salary package up to $160K plus super.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a Clinical Manager, Care Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and quality standards.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care.

About the Role As Care Manager, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care to residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Director of Nursing, Clinical Care Coordinator, or senior Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

You'll work closely with facility leadership and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, strengthen compliance outcomes, support staff development, and enhance resident experiences.
