Profusion Group is hiring a Senior Financial Adviser to join a well-supported intrafund advice team in Australia. You will deliver scaled advice on superannuation, insurance, contributions and retirement strategies, working with paraplanners and a supportive staff to ensure compliant, quality client outcomes.

You will educate members via phone and video meetings, leveraging structured processes in a collaborative environment with a focus on service rather than chasing new leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in financial advice
• Experience in intrafund or superannuation advice preferred
• Relevant tertiary qualifications + FASEA compliance
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, team-based environment

Responsibilities

• Provide scaled intrafund advice via phone and video meetings
• Educate members on superannuation and retirement strategies
