Job summary

Equip Super is seeking an Intrafund Consultant to join our Advice team. You will be the first point of contact for member enquiries, delivering intrafund personal advice to members via phone or video, with discussions, fact-finding and needs analysis to support informed decisions.

This role is based in VIC (Traralgon) or WA (Perth) with travel and facilitation of member education seminars. RG146 compliant and strong financial services experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and superannuation
• Knowledge of superannuation and financial advice strategies
• RG146 compliance and ongoing professional development
• Familiarity with Xplan, Salesforce, Genesys tools
• Strong time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for member advice enquiries via phone or video
• Deliver intrafund personal advice to members within scope
• Conduct discussions, fact-finding and needs analysis
• Refer complex matters to specialist advisers as needed
• Travel to VIC (Traralgon) or WA (Perth) offices and facilitate member education seminars
