Job summary

Tenacity CX partners with an Australian-owned management consulting firm to recruit ICT Management/Strategy Consultants for permanent roles in Canberra. Baseline/NV1 Security Clearance is required and roles are Canberra-based, with a focus on government projects.

You will deliver strategic advice across business and technology strategy, performance improvement and change programs, ideally from a Big4 environment, with opportunities to build client relationships and lead small programs of work.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in preparing strategic advice, stakeholder engagement and/or transformation management advice.
• Experience working in a Big4 consulting firm.
• Exposure to projects across the public sector – Federal Government, State Government and/or Defence.
• Experience with data or cloud transformation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and advanced Excel skills.

• Prepare reports and presentations in line with firm style and professional standards.
• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to client challenges.

I am partnering with an Australian-owned management consulting firm to recruit multiple ICT Management Consultants / Strategy Consultants for permanent opportunities based in Canberra.

We are looking to connect with professionals who hold a minimum Baseline Security Clearance and bring experience across business and technology strategy, performance improvement, organisational change or business transformation. Ideally, candidates will have worked in a consulting environment delivering strategic advice and solutions to clients.

Within these roles you will be responsible for providing consulting services predominately in the government sector, working with clients to solve complex challenges and achieve meaningful change.

About you

1-4 years experience in preparing strategic advice, stakeholder engagement and/or transformation management advice

Experience working in a Big4 consulting firm

Exposure to projects across the public sector – Federal Government, State Government and/or Defence

Ideally have experience with Data or Cloud transformation projects

Well-developed collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and excel skills

Ambitious by nature, keen to learn from some of the best in the industry eager to learn and develop a career in public sector strategy consulting space

Capability to build on client relationships and willingness to lead new programs of work

Experience working on technology transformation/upliftprojects

Professional tertiary qualifications in business, finance, technology or similar

Active Baseline/NV1 Security Clearance
