Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead radiographers and staff in the West metro region, delivering high-quality imaging services with a focus on patient care.

You will coordinate staffing, education, and collaboration with radiologists and management to maintain service excellence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
• Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training.
• Extensive experience and competency in mammography.
• Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality, efficient medical imaging service to patients and referrers.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels for the clinic; coordinate rostering with other site managers.
• Coordinate ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to ensure high service provision.
• Establish and develop networks in the community to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction.

About The Role

Lake Imaging has an exciting opportunity available for a Mammography Supervisor to provide supervision and direction to the Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered in the West metro region.

Responsibilities

You will need to be a demonstrated leader who possesses excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as being motivated and dedicated to drive a strong culture of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; working alongside other site managers for rostering needs throughout the region.
• Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management team to ensure high level of service provision.
• Establishment and development of networks in the community with the aim of facilitating client understanding and satisfaction

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration
• Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training
• Extensive experience and competency in mammography
