Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Radiology Services Manager to lead the West metro imaging team. You will supervise Radiographers and staff, ensure high-quality Mammography services, and collaborate with Radiologists and management to maintain efficient clinic operations.

You will drive staff education, coordinate rostering with regional leaders, and build community relationships to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction. AHPRA registration and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
• Proven leadership ability and staff training experience.
• Extensive experience and competency in mammography.
• Patients first approach to service provision.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service in the West metro region
• Maintain a high-quality, efficient medical imaging service for patients and referrers
• Ensure adequate clinic staffing levels and work alongside other site managers on regional rostering needs
• Coordinate ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to ensure high-level service provision
• Establish and develop community networks to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction
