KONE is seeking two Maintenance Technicians in Melbourne to service and maintain elevators, escalators, and walkways across residential buildings to high-rise towers. The role offers an autonomous, varied and stable environment with strong support from a global organisation.

You will perform maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and uphold safety and quality standards while building relationships with customers. Applicants must hold a valid Australian electrical licence and a full driver’s licence.

We are looking to fill two Maintenance Technician roles in our high performing Service team in Melbourne. You will be providing servicing and maintenance of KONE’s elevator, auto walks and escalators, across low-rise housing through to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.

This is a full-time opportunity, offering an autonomous environment, with a variety, stability, with support from the wider business.

What will you be doing?

• Attending to maintenance activities and repairs
• Attending breakdowns on Elevators and Escalators
• Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
• Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
• An ability to start/finish at flexible times and work after-hours as required

What are we looking for?

• Registered electrical licence required
• Valid full Australian drivers licence
• Experiencing managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder’s expectations
• Motivated and self- starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
