Job summary

SEEK Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day upkeep of residential, real estate and commercial properties. You will manage a small team of maintenance technicians, schedule tasks, and ensure high workmanship standards on site.

The role blends practical field work with team leadership, offering a company vehicle and supportive office backing while you optimise maintenance processes and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in property maintenance, carpentry, building repairs or a similar trade, with experience supervising staff or leading a crew.
• Broad maintenance skills across doors, locks, plaster repairs, painting and carpentry.
• Ability to scope work accurately and plan jobs efficiently.
