We are looking for an experienced Licensed Plumber to join our growing Maintenance team.

This is a hands-on role focused on general plumbing maintenance, repairs, fault-finding and rectification works across residential properties.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across all areas of plumbing maintenance and, preferably, experience working within the real estate or property maintenance industry. You will be comfortable attending a variety of residential properties, diagnosing issues, completing repairs and identifying when additional works or quotations are required.

You’ll be supported by a structured Maintenance team and systems, allowing you to focus on delivering quality workmanship and excellent service.

Complete a wide range of residential plumbing maintenance and repairs

Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults and issues

Carry out repairs across water, sanitary, drainage and gas plumbing

Complete maintenance and rectification works to a high standard

Attend properties to assess plumbing issues and determine the appropriate solution

Replace and repair taps, toilets, valves, pipework, fixtures and other plumbing components

Carry out hot water system repairs, maintenance and replacement works

Fault-find and repair gas appliances and associated plumbing where appropriately licensed

Complete blocked drain and drainage-related maintenance where required

Identify additional works required and provide clear information for quoting

Complete approved plumbing installations and replacement works

Work across a variety of residential properties, including rental properties

Complete accurate job notes, photographs and documentation using digital devices

Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, rental providers and internal teams

Work independently while managing multiple jobs throughout the day

Contribute to improving maintenance processes, workflows and team performance

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for an experienced plumber who takes pride in their work, can confidently diagnose problems and is comfortable handling a broad range of maintenance plumbing jobs.

Current Plumbing Licence

Strong experience in residential plumbing maintenance

Experience across water, sanitary, drainage and gas plumbing

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs

Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards and Victorian plumbing requirements

Good communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Comfortable using mobile devices and digital job management systems

Current Driver's Licence

Ability to obtain a Police Check

Highly Desirable:

Previous experience working in real estate/property maintenance

Experience working across residential rental properties

Experience with property managers and real estate agencies

Experience using ServiceM8 or similar field-service software

Experience with hot water systems

Strong gas plumbing and appliance experience

Experience with drainage and blocked drains

Experience with maintenance and rectification works following property inspections

Experience working within a structured maintenance team
