Job summary

PMFresh in Australia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at the Lidcombe site to lead the maintenance team, drive reliability and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

You will move the function from reactive to proactive, coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering, manage CMMS work orders and support continuous improvement initiatives across plant equipment.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.
• Experience supervising maintenance in food/manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability with preventive, predictive and reliability-centred maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop maintenance tradespeople and contractors.
• Drive preventative, predictive and reliability-centred maintenance.
• Improve equipment reliability, availability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimise production disruption.
• Manage maintenance work orders through the CMMS.
• Drive continuous improvement across plant and equipment.
• Monitor OEE, downtime, MTBF, MTTR and planned maintenance compliance.
• Partner with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, quality, GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades and commissioning.
