Blackbook Recruitment is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager for a leading FMCG manufacturer in Sydney, NSW. The role leads the site maintenance function with a strong focus on automation, electrical systems and controls to maximise plant performance.

You will develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies, coach a capable team, drive preventative and predictive programs, and collaborate with Production and Site Leadership to improve OEE and reduce unplanned downtime.

Formación

• Senior maintenance leader with FMCG or similar manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical expertise in automation, electrical systems and industrial controls.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, robotics or automated production equipment.
• Proven ability to develop predictive and reliability-focused maintenance strategies.
• People leader who can develop maintenance teams and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site maintenance function with emphasis on automation and controls.
• Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies to maximise availability.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team to build a proactive culture.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance across automated lines.
• Collaborate with Production and Site Leadership to address recurring failures.
• Support reliability of PLCs, SCADA, robotics and instrumentation.
• Use data to identify trends, improve OEE and reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and external providers.
• Support automation upgrades and CAPEX projects from maintenance view.
