Job summary

Redpath Mining is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our Brisbane operation. You’ll coordinate maintenance activities, optimise asset performance and work closely with site teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation of specialised underground equipment.

You’ll leverage your mechanical background and experience in mining maintenance planning, use Pronto for asset management, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance while supporting continuous improvement and

• Mechanical trade qualification or diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in maintenance planning within a mining environment.
• Pronto experience and asset management knowledge.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Working closely with sites and stakeholders, you'll coordinate maintenance activities, optimise asset performance, and help drive continuous improvement across the business.
