Job summary

Bellevue Gold Limited operates its Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia and is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead the site maintenance team. You will ensure equipment availability, reliability, and asset life-cycle performance while upholding safety, environmental, and budgetary targets.

The role requires extensive experience in fixed-plant maintenance management, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and the ability to develop strategies aligned with Life of Mine plans.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fixed plant maintenance management and supervision.
• Trade qualification and/or Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience leading large teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first maintenance culture across the site.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of fixed plant activities.
• Manage budgets and asset life-cycle cost initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Projects, Supply and HSE teams.
