Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Sydney to perform scheduled and proactive refrigerant leak detection, keeping sites operating safely and efficiently.

You will communicate effectively with on-site teams, complete leak testing reports, and record work time using our platforms.

The role offers a competitive EBA salary package, opportunities for short courses and on-the-job training with licensed RHVAC technicians, and travel across New South Wales.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical or trade experience.
• Experience working within Refrigeration HVAC.
• Ability to utilise a smartphone.
• Competency to undertake semi-skilled work under limited supervision.
• Mechanically minded, safety-focused and solution-driven.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Capture all time associated with day-to-day activities using company supplied platforms.
• Be willing to undertake short courses and e-learning content to better understand the operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated, skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team partnering with Coles Supermarkets. You’ll be responsible for scheduled and proactive refrigerant leak detection, to keep the site operating safely and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:
