Job summary

City FM Australia in Melbourne seeks a Maintenance Specialist to join our team supporting Coles Supermarkets. You will perform scheduled and proactive refrigerant leak detection to keep sites safe and efficient.

Based across Melbourne/Victoria with statewide travel, the role offers a permanent full-time position, on-site work, and development opportunities with RHVAC technicians. A pre-employment medical is required; City FM Australia is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on mechanical or trade experience.
• Experience working within Refrigeration HVAC.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and build strong on-site relationships.
• Complete leak testing reports to identify leaks found.
• Capture time for day-to-day activities using company platforms.
• Be willing to undertake short courses and on-the-job training with RHVAC technicians.
