Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician to perform preventative and reactive maintenance across a cluster of Coles sites on the Central Coast NSW. You will report to the Field Operations Supervisor and deliver timely outcomes while maintaining high service standards.

The successful candidate will bring practical supermarket refrigeration and HVAC experience, hold a Refrigerant Handling Licence and a Restricted Electrical Licence, and be able to work

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC for supermarkets.
• Valid Refrigerant Handling Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Scissor/Elevate Work Platform licence – highly regarded.
• Understanding of CO2 systems and refrigeration controls: Emerson, Danfoss and Alerton.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services, on multiple high-end state of the art refrigeration sites.
• Conduct frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance so that critical breakdown issues do not occur.
• Respond to reactive Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
• Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
• Work on a rotating on-call roster, 13 weeks per year.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will complete preventative & reactive maintenance across a cluster of Coles sites. Reporting to your Field Operations Supervisor, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.

Your cluster will be based in the Central Coast NSW. Including but not limited to Erina, Kincumber, Bateau Bay, The Entrance and Budgewoi.

Your key responsibilities will include:
