Job summary

Thiess is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler based at the Hazelmere workshop on a 5/2 roster to support the maintenance team. You will plan and schedule daily workshop jobs, coordinate labour and parts, monitor progress, and liaise with supervisors and tradespeople to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar scheduling or coordination role.
• Mechanical trade certificate preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily workshop jobs and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate labour, parts, and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as required.
• Liaise with supervisors, tradespeople, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate job and scheduling records.
• Proactively identify and resolve workflow issues.
