Job summary

Greater Western Water is seeking a Manager, Maintenance Program Delivery to lead essential maintenance programs across water and wastewater assets. The role reports to the Head of Field Services & Maintenance and oversees a team of leaders and specialists, with significant budgets and strong focus on asset performance and lifecycle management.

Base location is flexible with travel across GWW's service region; a hybrid work arrangement is possible with on-site duties at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance, operational or asset management teams.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver complex maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of maintenance activities across water and wastewater assets.
• Shape maintenance strategy and asset management plans.
• Oversee operational and capital budgets for programs.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team and stakeholders.
