Job summary

Greater Western Water is seeking a Coordinator, M&E Network Maintenance Delivery based in Brooklyn and at GWW sites. You will lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance across network assets, ensuring safety, quality and reliability while coordinating partnering contractors.

You will drive day-to-day field operations, manage schedules, monitor performance, and champion continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services to our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating field operations in water, sewer, or utility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance and reliability principles.
• Leadership skills to engage, coach and support internal teams and partners.
• Experience managing contractor performance and building stakeholder relationships.
• Sound understanding of water quality, OH&S and environmental compliance.
• Ability to use asset management systems and interpret maintenance data.
• Driver’s Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance across mechanical and electrical network assets.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance schedules; ensure timely fault response.
• Partner with internal teams and contractors to align work priorities and resolve issues.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure safety, quality and service standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance maintenance practices and asset reliability.
• Support after-hours and emergency response as required.
• Champion safety leadership and OH&S compliance.
