Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to own maintenance strategy, systems and asset performance across a portfolio of water treatment facilities in Western Australia. Based in Perth, you will lead maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance leadership within water treatment, utilities or heavy industry, strong CMMS and asset-management knowledge, and a proven ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager role in industrial settings.
• Experience in water treatment, process plant, utilities, mining or heavy industry.
• Proven leadership coordinating multidisciplinary teams with a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and execution across operational treatment plants.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance to maximise asset reliability.
• Oversee maintenance of pumps, valves, instrumentation and control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance systems and processes.
• Manage contractors and maintenance service providers.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with compliance requirements.

Join a growing water treatment business that owns and operates critical treatment infrastructure across WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance strategy, systems and asset performance across a portfolio of operational water treatment facilities.

Based in Perth, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant equipment while leading maintenance activities across a range of water treatment technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all maintenance planning and execution activities across operational treatment plants.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximise asset reliability.
• Oversee maintenance of pumps, valves, instrumentation and control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance systems and processes.
• Manage contractors and maintenance service providers as required.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a Maintenance Supervisor, Superintendent or Management role.
• Background in water treatment, process plant, utilities, mining or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, maintenance systems and CMMS platforms.
• Experience managing pumps, valves, rotating equipment and plant infrastructure.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability and operational excellence.
