Job summary

Greater Western Water is seeking a Coordinator, M&E Network Maintenance Delivery based in Brooklyn and at GWW sites. You will lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance across network assets, ensuring safety, quality and reliability while coordinating partnering contractors.

You will drive day-to-day field operations, manage schedules, monitor performance, and champion continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services to our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating field operations in water, sewer, or utility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance and reliability principles.
• Leadership skills to engage, coach and support internal teams and partners.
• Experience managing contractor performance and building stakeholder relationships.
• Sound understanding of water quality, OH&S and environmental compliance.
• Ability to use asset management systems and interpret maintenance data.
• Driver’s Licence is required.

Opportunity

As the Coordinator, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Network Maintenance Delivery, you’ll oversee the delivery of maintenance across mechanical and electrical network assets, including water and sewer pump stations. This role is central to ensuring our maintenance partner delivers services that meet performance, safety, and quality standards. You’ll lead day-to-day coordination, foster strong working relationships with internal teams and delivery partners, and drive improvements in operational efficiency, reliability, and safety outcomes. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid technical background, proven leadership in field operations, and a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable services to our customers and community.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience coordinating field operations within water, sewer, or utility maintenance environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical network maintenance, asset management, and reliability principles.
