Job summary

New Plumbing Solutions (NPS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our Melbourne team based from Northcote, servicing the Eastern suburbs. You’ll work across universities and other commercial sites, performing planned and reactive maintenance while delivering high-quality workmanship.

You’ll take ownership, work autonomously, and contribute to a strong safety culture. Victorian Plumbing Registration and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence are essential, with

Qualifications

• Current Victorian Plumbing Registration is essential.
• Experience in commercial maintenance plumbing (preferred) or residential maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Driver’s licence required for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Install, service and maintain commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure work complies with Australian Standards and plumbing regulations.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial sites.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and safely.
