Qualifications

• Plumbing Trade Qualification and relevant registrations.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial plumbing maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and plumbing faults.
• Servicing and maintaining hot water systems and gas appliances.
• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance works.
• Testing and repairing TMVs, RPZDs and backflow devices.
• Clearing sewer, stormwater and trade waste systems.
• Responding to emergency calls and completing service reports using AroFlo.
• Maintaining equipment, tools and vehicle presentation.
• Liaising with clients, tenants and facility managers.
• Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of commercial plumbing maintenance services across Metropolitan Melbourne.

This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while working alongside a team that values professionalism, safety and quality.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and plumbing faults.
• Servicing and maintaining hot water systems and gas appliances.
• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance works.
• Testing and repairing TMVs, RPZDs, backflow prevention devices and pressure regulators.
• Clearing and inspecting sewer, stormwater and trade waste systems.
• Responding to emergency plumbing call-outs when required.
• Completing service reports and documentation using AroFlo.
• Maintaining company equipment, tools and vehicle presentation.
• Liaising professionally with clients, tenants and facility managers.
• Ensuring compliance with all company, safety and regulatory requirements.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused plumber who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Plumbing Trade Qualification and relevant registrations.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified plumber in commercial plumbing maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of plumbing compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using mobile technology and job management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and basic computer systems.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Highly Regarded:

• TMV accreditation.
• RPZD and Backflow Prevention accreditation.
• Experience working within commercial facilities and occupied environments.
• Working With Children Check and Police Check.
