Job summary

CV2ME Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a permanent full-time Maintenance Plumber to join our client’s team, with a focus on preventative maintenance and repairs of facilities throughout Southeast Melbourne.

You will install new plumbing fixtures, coordinate with subcontractors and client representatives, and support a safe, efficient work environment. A permanent full-time role with paid overtime and a company vehicle is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have permanent full-time working rights in Australia and be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while upholding WHS standards.
• Roofing experience is desirable but not essential.
• TMV, Backflow, Confined space and EWP tickets are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs to facilities.
• Install new plumbing fixtures as required.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and client representatives to ensure project requirements are met.

Job description

Our client is a well-established national company servicing both Government and Commercial clients through their group of businesses.

Due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Maintenance Plumber to join their Melbourne team.

The location they are looking for a new team member in are predominately around Southeast Melbourne so would suit someone located on that side of town.

Main responsibilities will be to:

• Performing preventative maintenance inspections & repairs to facilities
• Installation of new Plumbing fixtures
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and client’s representatives

To be considered for these positions:

• Must be permeant full-time working rights in Australia, willing to undergo a National Police Check
• Strong attention to detail, able to work to deadlines whilst upholding WHS standards
• Roofing experience desired but not essential
• TMV , Backflow, Confined space and EWP tickets desirable but not essential
