Job summary

Mitolo Family Farms in Virginia is seeking a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to plan, schedule and maintain stores, liaising with the engineering team. You will manage the CMMS (MEX), schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate stores and purchasing, and drive safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning is essential.
• Knowledge of CMMS (MEX) and maintenance data reporting.
• Understanding purchasing and stock control processes.
• Sound computer skills and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee day-to-day maintenance activities to meet KPIs and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks, weekend work and rosters with the team.
• Manage the CMMS (MEX) data entry, equipment data and reporting.
• Coordinate the Maintenance Store, stock takes, purchasing and supplier sourcing.
• Support safety, quality and cost-efficiency improvements across the site.
