You'll also implement and monitor maintenance-related documents, check sheets, forms and reports, looking for opportunities to improve safety, quality, production, efficiency, time and cost.

Quality and safety come first, always — it's at the heart of everything we do
This is more than just a job — whether you're in the paddock, on the production floor, or behind the scenes in corporate services, you're part of the same story: getting quality produce from the ground to the table, safely and to the highest standard every time.
Farming's been in our blood since 1972. Four generations on, we've grown into so much more than a farming business — we're growers, producers and a full corporate operation working together to get premium potatoes and onions onto shelves at Australia's biggest supermarkets and produce markets. We back time-honoured growing methods with genuinely cutting-edge technology, and everyone across our farms, production sites and corporate teams plays a part in delivering on that.
