Job summary

Mitolo Family Farms is seeking a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to plan, schedule and maintain stores at our Virginia site. You will be the key link between the maintenance team, suppliers and contractors, ensuring uptime and safety across the operation.

You’ll manage maintenance plans, oversee the CMMS (MEX), handle purchasing for the team and generate weekly reports for the Engineering Manager. You’ll optimise downtime, extend equipment life and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning is essential.
• Ability to analyse data and generate reports.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Sound computer skills and proficiency with CMMS.
• Understanding of safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee daily maintenance activities to meet KPIs and reduce downtime.
• Identify preventative tasks and coordinate schedules with the maintenance team.
• Plan weekend work and rosters, and communicate schedules to stakeholders.
• Manage the MEX CMMS by entering tasks and generating reports for managers.
• Coordinate the Maintenance Store, purchasing and supplier sourcing for value.
• Provide admin support on major projects and during busy periods.
• Ensure documentation meets safety requirements for chemicals and equipment.
• Stock control including stock takes and ordering parts.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards across maintenance activities.
