Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner or Scheduler to support a CHPP maintenance team at Mt Arthur during a 3‑month leave coverage period. The role commences mid‑November, with a preference for a local candidate within 60–70 minutes of site.

Strong SAP proficiency and CHPP/ wash plant experience are essential to quickly add value in an established maintenance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in large fixed plant environments.
• Strong SAP proficiency with ability to review/manage work orders in SAP.
• CHPP or wash plant maintenance background is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support CHPP maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
• Develop and maintain maintenance work plans and schedules.
• Coordinate planned maintenance with key site stakeholders.
• Review and manage work orders within SAP.
• Ensure labour, materials, resources and job requirements are identified and coordinated.
• Support maintenance execution through accurate planning and scheduling.
• Maintain planning data and provide visibility of upcoming activities.
• Assist the team to ensure continuity during the leave coverage period.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner or Scheduler to support a CHPP maintenance team at Mt Arthur for a 3-month leave coverage period.

The role will commence mid-November to allow for handover and continuity within the team.

The preference is for a local candidate, ideally based within approximately 60–70 minutes of site, including the Muswellbrook and Singleton areas.

This role requires someone who can step into an established maintenance environment and quickly add value, so previous wash plant / CHPP experience and strong SAP proficiency are important.

About You

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler
• Demonstrated CHPP, wash plant or similar fixed plant maintenance experience
• Strong SAP capability
• Ability to work effectively within an established maintenance team
• Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to commence on or around 16 November 2026
• Ideally located within approximately 60–70 minutes of Mt Arthur
